The Sharpening Process

We expertly sharpen our knives using state of the art sharpening equipment developed specifically for professional cutlery. We also incorporate some "old world" techniques that have been passed down from father to son for four generations, which gives us the "edge" on the competition. All knives are then washed and sanitized to ensure the ultimate in hygiene and safety for your employees and your customers.

On a regular schedule, one of our professionally trained representatives will deliver a freshly sharpened assortment of knives that are customized to meet your cutting needs - right to your door. We’ll also be happy to custom cut and deliver any size cutting board you might need.

We use a proprietary blend of knife steel that has excellent edge retention qualities and durability.

Our knives are of the finest quality high carbon stainless steel, set in polypropylene handles which are USDA and NSF approved for use in all commercial food handling establishments.
